- The Loch Lomond 54-Year is an ultra-rare whisky that was released in a limited quantity of only 55 bottles worldwide, with only 3 bottles making their way to the domestic market. It is priced in the range of 80 million Korean Won per bottle.
This whisky was distilled in 1967 in the Loch Lomond Straight Neck still and matured in used large American oak casks before being transferred to used large European oak casks that previously held Spanish Sherry in 1994, where it rested for an additional 27 years. The use of used large oak casks allows the whisky to develop a subtle wood aroma without overpowering its distinctive character. It boasts a rich caramel aroma akin to cream, fresh vanilla notes, and a sweet fragrance derived from dark brown sugar. The taste reveals a velvety smoothness accompanied by lively, zesty fruits, dried fruit flavors reminiscent of honey and raisins, all harmoniously blended with a hint of sweetness from orange zest.

- Whiskey has become increasingly popular among the Millennial and Generation Z (born in the early 1980s to early 2000s) demographics. Due to the rise of solo drinking culture amid the COVID-19 pandemic, whiskey imports have increased. The MZ generation tends to invest in products that they value, and whiskey's unique brand characteristics align well with their preferences. With the growing popularity of highballs, whiskey is shedding its image as an expensive drink. Imported whiskey prices have also become more affordable. Distilled spirits themselves have good scalability and preservation qualities, which are expected to further increase their popularity. 🥃🥃
- I have acquired a bottle of Dom perignon 2012. I would like to share a tasting experience with all of you soon. 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂
- Emma Watson has launched a gin brand called Renais with her brother Alex. This gin is made by distilling wine grape skins and residues, combined with distilled Kimmeridgian limestone from the Chablis region and grape distillate. It features a variety of scents such as wildflowers, spring flowers, wet limestone, lemon, lime, white pepper, juniper, and pine. Renais is suitable for a variety of cocktails including G&T, Sprite, and Negroni. The name Renais means "rebirth" and emphasizes sustainability by using recovered grape skins to create the gin.
I would like to purchase and taste it if the opportunity arises.

- 🍷Domaine Dujac is a wine estate located in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis in the Côte d'Or region of Burgundy, France. The estate was founded in 1967 by Jacques Seysses, who renamed it Domaine Dujac after his first name.
🍷Seysses purchased the estate, which was originally called Domaine Graillet, after working for a few years in a small cellar in Burgundy. The estate has become one of the most critically praised companies in Burgundy in a relatively short period of time, with the 50th anniversary of its first vintage approaching. Today, Jacques' son, Jeremy Seysses, is the winemaker, and the estate has holdings in several of the region's most acclaimed vineyards, including several grand cru and premier cru vineyards.
- The Balvenie Doublewood 12-year-old has a strong initial vanilla aroma, with hints of heather and acacia honey in the middle and a short finish of raisins (sherry). The base is heavily influenced by bourbon oak casks, and the finish has a distinct sherry flavor.
Overall, I think it's a whisky that even first-time single malt drinkers can enjoy comfortably.🥃🥃🥃
