痛苦我是一个很怕痛的懒人。最近我开始思考一个问题：明明我那么怕痛苦，但为什么还经常去健身房。想了许久，我或许是觉得健身固然痛苦，但可以避免更大的痛苦。人生似乎就是这样，一个人通过不断去主动面对一些对自身伤害不大的痛苦，以求规避来自未来可能发生的伤害性更强的痛苦。这个方法有时候能成功，但更时候会事不如意，我们一生忙忙碌碌，拆东墙补西墙，到最后才发现，其实我们想要的不是完整的院子，而是虚假的确定性与安全感。健身我把健身的意义视之为主动与身体沟通。沟通是相互的，如果有一方不愿意，另一方再努力也没辙。我们的灵魂通过身体现世，一生为了所谓的理想忙忙碌碌，却不曾问过这个载体需要什么。有的时候，你的身体费尽心思想要跟你说说话，告诉你一些信息，但你却总是习惯性忽视，久而久之，你们之间的连接被切断了，什么都不会发生了。 Focus 以前我一直以为聚焦的意思是要专心干一件事情，但最近我对这个词的理解改变了，他的意思是要聚焦于事物的本质。以前我打moba类游戏的时候很喜欢骂队友，后面想了想大概是太想赢了，而纠结于胜负总会让你忽视事物本质，放弃事物本身能够带给你的直接感受。哲学我似乎一直在思考一些奇奇怪怪的问题，即被我们称之为哲学的东西。最近我在思考我到底想要什么，是财富，是时间，还是“幸福”。想来想去想不出结果，可能我自己什么都想要，也什么都不想要，但我不曾怀疑过的是，我想让我身边的人开心快乐。刮车第一次不小心刮到自己的车时，想迅速去维修店把它恢复原样，可最近在又刮了一次之后产生了不同的想法，这样做好像没啥必要。我意识到期待一个事物永远完美、永远保持全新是一种不切实际的奢望，时间总会在事物身上留下痕迹，这些痕迹代表着一个个经历的碎片，在你功成名就之后回看，内心里或许会庆幸当初没有把他们删除，因为这就是世界上唯一的，属于你自己的成长路径标记。同理，不要期待你的亲人和朋友是完美的，重要的是此生你们将彼此的时间花在了对方身上，你们一起成长，一起给这个世界留下痕迹。砸钱我发现我选投资标的的时候一直带有偏见，有些标的很好但不想买，有些标的不那么好但就是很想把钱砸进去。显而易见，这种行为在投资上被视为不理性。但我不这么认为，当我把钱砸到一个项目上的时候是为了支持该项目的发展，如果项目与投资者不同频，即使该项目再好，也很难产生化学反应。因此我决定开始放飞自我，虽然理性是前提，但正如爆炸是一种艺术，砸钱也是。
