Engaging in new #web3 #communities : what does it mean? I'm trying to contibute in a quality manner in web3 communities that are launching their solution / token. I try to contribute in the #animation by posting content related with the subject. I realize that people who get the WL at stake, for instance, or that win the zealy quests and sprints, are not always the most engaged but the ones who talk the most about anything, just to get points. And I realize that it's not that easy for the people at the origin of the project to moderate, be there, share, etc., according to their background (especially when coming from web2) and their comprehension of what this is all about. Perceiving and sensing what a (web3) community is, and what its #expectations and #values are, is not that easy, but can be learned by participating in many and various communities.
