- Allow us to reintroduce ourselves...meet the native hyperscaling solution for Lens, Momoka! Momoka is an Optimistic L3 scaling solution, that will process transactions at hyperscale, and is designed to support the next generation of web3 social users.
Data availability layers are utilized to prevent storing information on-chain. While content on Lens may include an on-chain transaction, the content data is linked to a data availability location, like Momoka.
Momoka serves as a scaling solution that processes Polygon transactions off-chain, achieving hyperscale and reducing costs. Unlike L2 solutions, Momoka doesn't compress transactions into L1, it sends and stores them on a data availability layer.
The main challenge for decentralized social networks is to ensure that users have control over their content, while still being just as user-friendly as traditional social networks. Momoka makes the future of decentralized social possible.
We've worked relentlessly with the @bundlr-network.lens and Arweave teams to ensure scalability by providing Data Availability (DA) guarantees, allowing the use of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-supported wallets to save DA logic and facilitating the rapid publishing of data.
Permissionless innovation is at the core of everything we do on Lens. As we approach one year on mainnet (still in beta), we have been blown away by the talent and passion in our dev community but we realize in order to scale to the masses, we need to build new solutions.
Since yesterday, Momoka is already being beta tested on Lenster, Lenstube, Orb, Buttrfly and Phaver.
We look forward to seeing more applications roll out Momoka.

- 食材:紫甘蓝、大蒜、小米椒、香菜、白芝麻
1、紫甘蓝冲洗干净,然后切成细丝,放入盆中加两勺食盐,一勺白糖,拌匀腌制10分钟,杀出水分和涩味。
2、香菜切成小段,小米辣切成圈,大蒜切成蒜末,紫甘蓝清洗一下,捞出攥干水分。
3、加入香菜,蒜蓉,小米辣,白芝麻,浇上热油激发香味,再加适量生抽、香醋、香油,白糖拌匀,就做好了。
- 蛤蜊蒸鸡蛋:味道鲜甜,入口爽滑
【材料】:鸡蛋3个,蛤蜊半斤,生姜,盐,蒸鱼豉油,小葱
【做法】:
1,先把蛤蜊洗干净,冷水上锅,放入两片生姜,大火煮至开口,捞出,放入盘中。蒸蛤蜊的汤不要倒掉,冷却以后备用。
2,把鸡蛋打入碗中,加入一勺盐,搅散以后,再倒入冷却以后的蛤蜊汤,蛋液和汤的比例是1:1.5,再把蛋液过筛3遍,把蛤蜊倒入到鸡蛋液里,开水大火蒸8分钟。
3,蒸熟以后把盘子取出,再浇上一勺蒸鱼豉油,撒上切碎的小葱即可,鲜嫩爽滑,看着就想吃!
- 冬瓜虾仁汤
做法:
食材准备:鸡蛋,冬瓜,虾仁,料酒,胡椒粉,食盐等。
步骤一:热锅刷油倒入蛋液煎成饼,盛出切条
步骤二:大虾去虾线,去掉虾壳,清洗干净,加一勺料酒,一勺胡椒粉,一点食盐,腌制一会儿。
步骤三:起锅烧油,倒入虾仁炒至变色,倒入两碗清水烧开,加入冬瓜片,煮熟后放入鸡蛋条,加适量盐调味即可出锅。
- 宫保虾球
主要用到的材料有:大虾15只,盐,味精,鸡精,生粉,红菜头汁200克,米醋120克,白糖80克,干辣椒段5克,花生米80克,蒜苗段20克
制作工艺:
(1)首先将大虾去壳取净肉,随后背部片一刀,挑去虾线备用。
(2)将大虾倒入碗中调入盐,味精,鸡精,生粉搅拌均匀。
(3)锅中倒入半锅油,五成油温,下入大虾,炸至金黄熟透,即可捞出,控油。(4)锅中倒入少许底油,加蒜苗,干辣椒,略炒一会,随后烹入宫保汁,煮制沸腾,倒入虾球炒匀,接着调入花生米炒匀即成。
【宫保汁】:详细的配方有:红菜头汁200克,米醋120克,白糖80克,盐20克。制作工艺:锅中倒入红菜头汁煮沸后,调入白糖,盐,推搅至白糖融化,最后加米醋再次煮沸即成。
- 金针菇炖豆腐
食材:金针菇300克、嫩豆腐一小块、小白菜2棵、辣椒1个、葱1棵、蒜头2粒、盐一小勺、鸡精少许
做法:
1、金针菇撕成小簇,豆腐切成小方块,小白菜洗干净切成小段。
2、热锅热油,倒入金针菇、辣椒、蒜碎,大火爆炒1分钟。
3、倒入热开水一碗,放入豆腐、盐、鸡精,煮开后,倒入一勺淀粉水勾芡。
4、撒入胡椒粉、小白菜,煮开后即可关火饮用。
- 剁椒焖鸡翅
食材:350克鸡翅、25克剁椒、各少许葱段、姜片、蒜末、各2克盐、鸡粉、2毫升老抽、各5毫升生抽、料酒、10毫升水淀粉、食用油少许
做法:
1、锅中注入适量清水,大火煮沸,倒入洗净的鸡翅,掠去浮沫,汆煮约2分钟至断生;
2 、捞出汆煮好的食材,沥干水分,盛放在盘中待用;
3、用油起锅,倒入葱段、姜片、蒜末,大火爆香;
4、放入剁椒,炒匀;放入汆煮过的鸡翅,炒香炒透;
5、淋上少许生抽,再加入盐、鸡粉、料酒,炒匀调味;
6、注入适量清水,没过鸡翅;盖上锅盖,大火煮沸后转用小火,续煮约10分钟至食材熟软;
7、揭开盖,淋入少许老抽,炒匀调色;用大火收汁,倒入水淀粉;用锅铲翻炒均匀;
8 、将焖煮熟的鸡翅盛放在盘中,浇上锅中的汤汁即可。
- 凉拌猪耳
详细做法:
第一步,卤煮好的猪耳切成细丝,红辣椒切成丝,香菜切成段。
第二步,把耳朵丝,辣椒丝,香菜段都放入盆中。
加香醋,生抽,芝麻油,辣椒油,盐,鸡精调味后,装入盘中即可食用。
- 茭白炒肉
食材以及调味料的准备:茭白,猪肉,小米椒,葱花,大蒜,料酒,胡椒粉,淀粉,生抽,蚝油,鸡精。
-烹饪制作步骤过程:
1、小米椒切碎,蒜切片,茭白洗净切片。
2、猪肉切片后加半勺料酒,少许胡椒粉,适量淀粉搅匀腌制待用。
3、热油热锅,下蒜片,小米椒爆香,放入腌好的肉翻炒至变色。
4、放入茭白均匀翻炒后,加2勺生抽、1勺蚝油、1勺鸡精调味。
5、然后盖上锅盖,焖煮3~5分钟,熟后即可起锅装盘,撒上葱花即可。

**食材**:鲜面条(干挂面也可以)、酸豆角、青红线椒、葱花、蒜末、老干妈、生抽、陈醋、蚝油、老抽、白糖、盐
**做法**
1、水开下面条煮熟捞出过凉水备用
2、锅中倒入油,油热放蒜末葱花爆香,然后放切好的青红线椒、酸豆角炒熟
3、放调料:两勺老干妈、一勺生抽、一勺陈醋、一勺蚝油、少许老抽、适量白糖和盐,翻炒均匀,然后下面条拌匀即可
- 红烧鸡翅
1、洗净的鸡翅两面划刀、凉水下锅焯水,加入葱姜、料酒,焯好后捞出洗净备用
2、调酱汁:碗中放1勺番茄酱、1勺老抽、2勺生抽、半勺糖、半勺胡椒粉,搅匀备用
3、锅里少油,把焯好水的鸡翅下锅煎,随后放入蒜末炒香,再倒入调好的料汁和没过鸡翅的水,大火烧开,转小火炖20分钟
4、最后大火收汁至浓稠,出锅撒上芝麻即可

3. 鸡肉片铺平,放上腌制好的胡萝卜、芦笋条,用保鲜膜捆紧,放入蒸锅蒸10分钟。
4. 蒸熟后取出,切成块状,装盘淋上适量橄榄油即可。

- **香煎虎虾**
材料:虎虾仁适量、洋葱少许、胡萝卜少许、盐少许、生抽适量、黑胡椒粉适量、鸡精适量、油适量。
**做法:**
1. 虎虾仁去除虾线,洗净备用。
2. 洋葱、胡萝卜洗净、切成条状备用。
3. 锅中加入油,烧至七成热后倒入虾仁,翻炒至虾仁变色捞出。
4. 倒掉锅中多余的油,锅中加入少量油,转小火倒入洋葱、胡萝卜条,翻炒至熟软。
5. 加入虾仁翻炒均匀,加盐、生抽、黑胡椒粉、鸡精继续翻炒均匀即可出锅。
- **低卡沙拉**
**做法:**
1. 洗净生菜、黄瓜、胡萝卜、菠菜,沥干备用。
2. 将葡萄干、核桃仁、开心果装入烤盅中,置于烤箱中200度烤1-2分钟,让果仁变得脆香。
3. 将生菜、黄瓜、胡萝卜、菠菜放入盘中,淋上柠檬汁、橄榄油、盐、黑胡椒粉和烤好的坚果,拌匀即可。
- **清**材料:丝瓜适量、葱适量、姜末适量、盐适量、鸡精适量、生抽适量、水适量。
**做法:**
1. 丝瓜去皮去籽,切成细丝状,葱切成细丝备用。

1. 猪小排冲洗干净,入锅焯水去除血沫,捞出备用。
2. 锅中加入油加热,倒入葱姜,爆香后加入焯水后的排骨翻炒均匀。
3. 加入适量开水与料酒煮开,撇去浮沫后转小火煮熟,再倒入白醋、生抽、糖,继续煮至汤汁收干即可。
- **酱香鸡蛋面**
**食材:**面、鸡蛋、生抽、蚝油、白糖、辣椒面、淀粉
**做法**
1、在碗中打入4个鸡蛋,将鸡蛋打散
2、调一个酱汁:两勺生抽、一勺蚝油、半勺白糖、一勺辣椒面、一勺淀粉、半碗清水搅匀
3、锅中热油,倒入鸡蛋液将鸡蛋炒散,然后倒入酱汁煮到浓稠收汁
4、将面条放入水中煮熟捞出倒入鸡蛋中拌匀撒上葱花就可以吃了

主料:鸡杂,
配料:蒜薹,杭椒丁,芹菜段,
调料:蒜末,干辣椒,小米辣,野山椒,黄贡椒,蚝油,生抽,鸡精,味精,胡椒粉,老抽,辣鲜露。
制作过程
1,袋装鸡杂直接过水
2,锅入油烧制三层热下入鸡杂滑油,在下入蒜薹段滑油。
3,锅留底油下入姜,蒜末,小米辣,泡椒,红椒丁,芹菜偏炒下入滑油的鸡杂蒜薹调耗油,生抽,鸡精,味精,糖,胡椒粉,老抽,辣鲜露,翻炒装盘。
- 蒜苗炒肉
原料:五花肉100克,蒜苔300克,葱少许,花生油少许,盐少许,酱油少许
实践:
1.五花肉洗净切薄片,葱切葱花备用
2.新鲜蒜苔洗净切段
3.锅里放少许油,放入五花肉翻炒至肉变透明
4.放入蒜头翻炒片刻
5.加入生抽和少许盐搅拌均匀
6.最后撒上葱花装盘即可
- 豆芽炒粉丝
材料:黄豆芽250克、粉丝150克、里脊肉150克、韭菜100克、生粉1茶匙、盐1茶匙、料酒1茶匙、生抽1茶匙、胡椒粉1/4茶匙
实践:
1.豆芽洗净,里脊切丝,用1/4茶匙盐、1/4茶匙生抽、料酒、生粉拌匀腌10分钟。
2.粉丝煮熟后捞出沥干水分。
3.锅里放油烧热,下肉丝炒熟。
4.锅内重新烧热油,放入葱、姜炒香,倒入豆芽翻炒均匀。
5.加入粉丝,加入半杯水,倒入剩余的所有调味料,搅拌均匀。
6.盖上锅盖焖煮10分钟至汤汁浓稠。出锅前撒上猪肉丝。炒韭菜10秒,立即关火。
- 南瓜烧肉
材料:五花肉、南瓜、葱、姜、八角、老抽、料酒。
冰糖、酱油、盐
实践:
1.南瓜洗净切小块,五花肉切小块用热水焯一下;
2.将肥水五花肉片放入锅中,小火慢炒,加入生抽、老抽、料酒调味;
3.倒入两小碗开水,加入葱花和姜片;
4.放入八角,大火烧开,转小火慢炖,加入冰糖一块;
5.肉成熟时,加一茶匙盐,放入南瓜,翻炒均匀,然后炖至南瓜熟透。
- 瓜绿豆瓣
原料:丝瓜200克,鲜蚕豆50克,大蒜2头,高汤300克,盐适量,淀粉适量。
做法:1、新鲜蚕豆去壳去皮放入沸水中焯2分钟,然后捞起泡在冰水中冷却;
2、丝瓜去外皮,切斜块,蒜切末;
3、油锅烧热,放入蒜末爆香,再加入丝瓜,大火翻炒;
4、倒入适量高汤,加入焯过水的四季豆煮1-2分钟;
5、加盐调味,倒入少许水淀粉勾芡。
- 红烧牛尾
原料:牛尾1000克;1个大葱;5片生姜;香叶3片;1个茴香;3小块肉桂;20粒胡椒粒;一半;几勺料酒;一些黑酱油
实践
1.牛尾用冷水泡一个小时左右解冻去血水
2.锅内放入冷水,适量料酒和所有牛尾,开大火
3.煮开后撇去血沫,捞出牛尾晾干
4.煎锅放油。油热后加入花椒、肉桂、香草、豆蔻、月桂叶、葱和姜
5.炒一会后,加入一勺半郫县豆瓣酱,搅拌均匀,加入酱油料酒和冰糖,已经可以闻到香味了!
6.锅内放入开水,沸腾后关火,将牛尾和炒锅中的所有材料倒入高压锅中压半小时。
- 椒盐香菇
材料:香菇、花椒粉、葱花、味精、香料粉、原粉、盐
实践:
1.香菇洗净去蒂,切成筷子头粗细的条状
2.将香料粉和玉米淀粉搅拌均匀
3.锅置火上,倒入精制油烧热至80%热,放入裹上香料粉和生粉的香菇条,炸至表皮酥脆,捞出沥油
4.再加入花椒粉、盐、味精、葱花拌匀,装盘即可
- 鱼香肉丝
配料表:猪里脊肉、辣椒、竹笋、胡萝卜、木耳、红泡椒
材料:醋1汤匙、酱油1汤匙、料酒2汤匙、糖、盐、胡椒粉、蛋清、水淀粉、葱花、蒜末、姜
实践:1.泡好的木耳、辣椒、胡萝卜、冬笋切丝,葱、姜、蒜切末
2.里脊肉切丝,用料酒、胡椒粉、少许盐、水淀粉、蛋清腌制,加一勺油把握大小
3.醋1汤匙,酱油1汤匙,白糖2汤匙,加淀粉、盐、鸡精、水少许、姜末、蒜末调成一碗汁
4.锅烧热,放少许油,滑入肉丝,变色后捞出
5.将所有配菜炒香备用
6.锅内留少许底油,爆香葱姜蒜爆香,加入2汤匙红泡椒炒香出红油
7.放入肉丝快速翻炒,加入剩下的小菜翻炒几下,然后倒入准备好的碗汁中,翻炒均匀即可出锅
- 炒牛肉
原料:牛肉、青椒、大蒜、盐、鸡精
做法:1.牛肉按照肉丝相反的方向切,将切好的牛肉放入容器中,加少许生油、盐、鸡精、红薯粉;
2.青椒切成和肉片一样大小的块备用;
3.锅里放少许油,油热后放入蒜头,炒黄,放入青椒,翻炒1分钟左右,加入牛肉,盐,味精,翻炒2-3分钟,装盘。
- 海鲜煲仔饭
材料:米饭200克,虾仁,干贝,香菇2朵,胡萝卜丁,青豆,青菜,鲜味酱油2茶匙,糖,盐,鸡精,淀粉,酒,香油,葱
1、香菇略焯一下,剁成泥,加入洋葱汁拌匀;将干贝切丁备用。
2、将四季豆、胡萝卜丁、青菜洗净,入锅炒至半熟;将虾和干贝切丁放入油锅中,翻炒至半熟。
3.放入所有调味料,将四季豆、青菜、虾仁和干贝煮熟,盛在瓦煲里的米饭上。
4、将混合好的香菇末放入瓦煲中,盖上锅盖小火慢炖调味,淋少许香油即可食用。
