这个国家难得有既得利益者站出来说真话带着大家一起发财，但当年这些言论都被韭菜骂的狗血淋头。
高房价可控制人口增长与人口素质；
部分楼盘价格将涨至每平米10万元，房价永远上涨；（现在都几十万啦，事实证明，即使是任志羊也被限制住了想象力。）
现在不是房价拐点 我的房子不会降价；
房子降价卖还不如给银行抵债；
要死肯定是银行先死 房地产商后死；
楼市新政必然短命；（事实证明 每次限购政策不出3年就会取消然后 引发下一轮暴涨。）
我从来不认为80后买房难；
从已购房人群调查看，20岁到30岁的人购房比例并不低，占到30%多；30岁到40岁的仍然占到30%多；20岁到40岁之间的人接近70%购房能力。怎么叫难呢？难为什么40岁以上的人购房比例反而降低了呢？
年轻人就该买不起房；
在美国这样的发达国家，想有一套房一辆车是梦想，而在中国30岁左右的人就实现了这一梦想，应该说中国的消费能力和消费观念，已经远远超过了很多发达国家。”
房地产根本没有泡沫；
人人都想赖在北京，房价不可能往下掉。”他称，日本曾因GDP下降房价才停止上涨。“除非你们想2010年中国的GDP掉下去，否则房价掉不下去。
中国人太有钱了，房子太便宜了！
截止到2009年6月，用于建商品房的土地供应量大幅下降了10.4%，这意味着房子的供应量也在下降，但销售量却反向增长了31.7%。据此，任志羊便想当然判断：“中国人太有钱了，房子太便宜了！”
和工资收入相比，30年来房价等于没涨；
1978年月工资全国平均28.6元，到现在已增加了100倍。1978年我们大白菜2分钱一斤，现在2元钱一斤，也增加了100倍。房价只增加了16.6倍，和工资收入相比相差太远了，房子等于没有涨价。
房地产非暴利，农民工也买得起房子；
房地产行业不是一个暴利行业。环境部长曾透露农民工可以承受30万房价的人占26.6%。因此任志羊认为，既然农民工也买得起房子，那么房地产就不是暴利行业。（当年房价3000/平就很高了。）
严格说来，开发商被强奸了！
社科院蓝皮书认为中国85%的家庭买不起房，而任志羊则认为如果收入买不起，那把自己的住房卖了，再加上住房资产的升值部分，还买不起吗？还说什么“社科院是胡说八道，煽动群众不满情绪，开发商被强奸了。
鱼翅卖得再贵也成不了泡沫。
鱼翅如果卖得再贵，它也不是泡沫。但是如果你把粉丝卖成了鱼翅价格，就一定出泡沫，一个地王出现，他会带着周边的房子都涨价。
房价暴跌对民众没好处；
任志羊在博客上发表《为什么是房地产》一文，宣称房价暴跌对民众没好处，房价暴跌后，“既不会让更多已拥有房产、已用贷款购买了住房的民众更高兴，也不会让那些对房价过高而恨得咬牙切齿的一群自认为买不起住房的民众高兴。”因为房价下跌会带动经济下滑、失业率增加。
工资在涨GDP在涨房价不涨就不对；
工资在涨，GDP在涨，房价不涨就不对了。全世界没有一个国家在收入增长时房价降低或者不涨，不符合经济规律啊。
我们只是当丫鬟的；
任志羊说：“我是国有企业的管理者、国有企业家、国有资本，政府让干什么就干什么，不让我们干房地产我就不干房地产。我们只是当丫鬟的，都是政府说了算。我称为‘一纸公文的丫鬟’，要维护国有资产的增值保值，捍卫和保护国有资产。”
中国可供开发的土地还有很多；
其实中国有的是地，我从来没有觉得中国没有地了，960万平方公里，我们只占了全国国土的0.3%，按同样的人口密度，1%的国土就可以把中国的13亿人全放在城市里，会用多少土地？用不了多少。
宏观调控不为了让房价下跌，是为了稳增长；
宏观调控的目的不是为了让房价下跌，而是让房价稳定增长，不能因为房价没有下跌就认定宏观调控不到位。（有人2009年就看明白了，有人2020年还在糊涂。）
