- **🌟🎨 Sharing CC0 (Creative Commons Zero) Graphics Collection on Lens 🌿**
I’m proud to announce the release of my CC0 "Creator Commons Zero Graphics," - A unique handmade collection of high-res designs you can Collect for FREE! 🎁🔥
See, I’ve been early to a niche before…
The *Content Creator* niche when I was pumping out hundreds of graphics for my Etsy shop.
I had no idea, I could have slowed down to one graphic a week, and the gift-givers of Content Creators still wouldn’t catch up!
Lol. 🤣
Hundreds of hours of work later, my clever sayings and industry jokes turned out pretty good!
They haven’t seen their full glory since I put my shop on autopilot and ditched web2 for web3.
This is why I'm offering my creations as "Creator Commons Zero Graphics" as free-to-use designs for your projects, merch, campaigns, and collectibles. 🖼️✨
Please note, though, that these **designs will be LIMITED to 101 free Collects for followers of @CandyToyBox.Lens.**
**Why 101?**
I want to maintain their exclusivity and ensure that each design remains special for those who use them.
**But Why The Quantity 101?**
Because they are 100% free & CC0 for the Lens community & 1 because we’re getting 1% better each day! 🙌
So, take advantage of your chance to incorporate these fantastic graphics into your creative ventures! 🚀🔐
**But what does "Creator Commons Zero" mean?**
It's a licensing term that grants you, the community, the freedom to use, modify, and distribute these graphics without any restrictions or attribution required.
🌈 In other words, you can use them as you wish and make them your own! 🌐
**🌟🎨 To kick it off, I want to share my favorite series from the "CC0” collection– “Be a good Influenc*er.”***
There are 3 subtle color variations to the “Be a good Influenc*er*.” series.
— Green, Blue, and Pink
**What does “Be a good Influencer” mean?**
As a child, you were told ***“to be a good influence”*** — On your younger brothers, little sister, and society.
Well, now you're grown and must stick to that golden rule.
So, now you must “**Be a good Influenc*er*.”**
**Not only are you a role model, but your influence is REAL, and it’s up to you to take responsibility and set an example by displaying good values.**
That is why I created my favorite series, **“Be a good Influenc*er*.”**
**Where the acknowledgment of responsibility in being an Influencer is shown in the colored -er.**
These designs are for influencers, content creators, and social media users who want to acknowledge their responsibility as influencers and show their support for important causes. 🌐🤝
In honor of our recent Earth Day, I am sharing the Green Edition first!
1️⃣ "Be a Good Influencer - Green Edition" 🌿🍃
This version champions Mother Earth, nature, and going green. Embrace this graphic to promote environmental conservation and care for our planet.
- 🧠Most associate the idea of digital wallets with digital currencies and nothing more. Perhaps “digital wallet” is not the best analogy because these tools can do much more than hold digital currency. Jamie captures the totality of the capability of these tools here.
🤯What may surprise people more is the speed and scale of building happening in this space. States, private companies, nations, and even federations of states are working on building solutions in this space.
👀Impacts of this tech WILL be widespread.

- Revisiting UNESCO's Reimaging Our Future Report, specifically the chapter titled "The Transformative Work of Teachers" highlights the need for a new social contract for education where teaching should continue to work towards collaborative approaches and where teachers can be seen as key figures in education AND social transformation. The chapter lays out 4 key principles in the path forward:
🤝 Collaboration and teamwork should characterize the work of teachers.
-Better teams better outcomes.
💭 Producing knowledge, reflection, and research should become integral to teaching.
-Teachers MUST identify as learners too.
👨💻 The autonomy and freedom of teachers should be supported.
-Teachers should be supported as instructional designers and leaders.
🌎 Teachers should participate in public debate and dialogue on the future of education.
-The success of educational transformation requires the voice of teachers.
How does this list land for you? What parts stick out? What's missing in the new social contract for educators?

- While many have exited web3 as the hype cycle has wound down, many builders are still left, exploring the possibility of these new technologies. Another example of that here. While there are reasons to critique this, it's helpful to see tangible examples of how the tech can be implemented.

- If you’ve been in education over the past decade, you’d remember the badging movement. This survey suggests that employers are ready for new systems of recognizing learning. https://www.insidehighered.com/quicktakes/2023/02/23/employers-are-all-microcredentials-survey-shows#.ZAm0HnUFKVA.linkedin
- I'll take "things I'm not good at for $1000" please 🤷♂️
More times than I care to count, I have started and stopped writing, blogging, creating video content, etc. For too long I've not carved the time to focus on supporting my own personal growth. Whether blogging, creating video content or using a uniform social strategy, I haven't been able to strike a consistent cadence. To me, that means I'm missing out on an opportunity to learn collaboratively, sharpen my writing skills, hone my understanding of concepts I'm learning, and the list goes on.
This next month, I am embarking on a mission to post for the next 30 days in different formats across my social channels to build a habit, learn, and get to know the audience that follows me. I know it can take time to build new habits, and so I've decided it's finally time to stop passing the buck.
Looking forward to learning along with you all in this process!

- We're actively sourcing and building content to help teach educators about web3. What are your best most trusted resources for teaching about web3?? Can be on-chain or off-chain. If you could mirror for exposure would be great to get a variety of responses.
- Pretty incredible the doors that can open for you when you just keep building. 👀👀
- 1. The rise of the internet and online learning has led to a shift in where, how, and when we learn. No longer are schools the only place where knowledge is aggregated and disseminated.
2. Learning how to replace a leaky faucet, or causes of globalization, or how to start a DAO is a click away. Learning is already being decentralized by text, audio, and video sources.
3. These new tools are facilitating the potential for decentralized learning networks. I define these networks as edu systems that operates both in and out the traditional school structure, using a variety of methods, sources, and tech to facilitate teaching and learning.
4. So how might schools fit into decentralized learning networks? I offer up 3 areas where schools can leverage existing strengths to lean into this potential future:
5. 🧭 In a decentralized model, responsibility for learning shifts from the school or the teacher to the learner. Schools and educators can be the learning guides that learners need in order to navigate the complexity of leading their learning journey.
6. 🌱 With greater access to expertise outside of schools, educators can focus on those areas of learning that interest them the most, and learners benefit from access to educators’ specialization.
Schools that can give learners and educators space to learn and grow are well positioned for the growth of decentralized learning networks.
7. How we acknowledge and give credit to learning has been an open discussion for some time. Shifts in higher ed and the workforce point to a world where there is going to be less emphasis on standardized testing and a greater focus on individual skills and experience. It is imperative that schools begin to consider broadening both our definition of success and how we credit learning. In this new world, schools could serve as learning hubs verifying learning experiences helping build a catalog of potential learning experiences for learners.
The use of blockchain technology and verifiable credentials could be a critical technology that enables decentralized learning networks.
8. It is essential that schools lean into and embrace the decentralization of learning. By relinquishing some control and defusing the responsibility of learning, both schools and learners stand to benefit from a more personalized and flexible approach to learning.

- In a world where education is often limited by geography, web3 can break down barriers and bring new opportunities to learners everywhere. But first we must build the space for those opportunities to thrive. 🏗️
- Our access to information and learning via internet-based networks is fundamentally changing the nature of schools. How can schools stay relevant as access to learning becomes increasingly decentralized? I dive into this question with my most recent blog post: Schools in an Era of Decentralized Learning Networks.👇
[Schools in an Era of Decentralized Learning Networks](https://mirror.xyz/mpeck.eth/_DkRnImXcA0UILE0WaOpPOpU2v_x3N6deTZ_SfpKuVA)
A couple of months back I was leading a workshop on the potential impacts of web3 on education for school leaders and this question stuck out like a sore thumb. Public education in the United States (perhaps more broadly) seems to be breaking under the immense pressure of rapid shifts in technology, society, and competing priorities. Even for those working in public ed, the idea that schools might altogether cease to exist is not outrageous.
