On my way to EthDenver.
I can’t wait to see and support everyone doing their thing.
✨
- I am so very happy to announce I have accepted the Developer Success and Relations position at Edge & Node.
This isn't just a new job for me.
This is so much more.

Let me explain.
I've lived a life that features curiosity at its root.
"Why does that work?"
"How do they do that?"
"I want to learn that!"
These are phrases of an inner-muse of mine for as long as I can remember.
--
By trusting my muse through the many phases of my life, I've gained skills as a technical educator, public speaker, business owner, husband, biomechanist, musician, international athlete, and web3 developer. I never knew where the next step would be, as I didn't need to know. I had my curiosity muse.
By focusing on learning, building skills, and sharing, my reward was inherent to my process. Looking back, I find that I've been able to successfully shape myself time and time again through this engaged and active curiosity that I now deeply cherish.
--
Today, I feel so very lucky to continue this journey by taking a role that allows me to directly and creatively support the vision of the GraphProtocol developers, community, and ecosystem. Just to be in the presence of such value-directed talent is special. To actually be allowed the daily gift of working alongside these rare individuals, in this rare circumstance, in this rare time in history, all of whom are working on the frontier of human coordination and expression is more that I could have ever dreamed.
--
For me, web3 isn't just decentralization and it isn't just transparent transactions.
Web3 is a value-set.
Web3 is the people I meet and who are reading this post.
Web3 is happily and confidently “weird” as it doesn’t fit the standard shape of an extractive industry.
Web3 is working daily towards creating moments of empowerment that go beyond the current limits of the tech hegemony.
Web3 is self-aware of its weaknesses, and is humble enough to change course when assumptions are found to be wrong.
And finally, web3 is open to all, which means we're not just opening doors and waiting for people to arrive.
We are an active, engaged, and inviting host to anyone willing to share their time and talents. I am an example of this!

If you've read this far, thank you for being a little curious about my story.
I want to thank my wife, who has been incredible in this journey. To remain supportive as I grow and share your insights while I worked two jobs for such a prolonged time was invaluable.
I want to thank my brother, Jordan, for all that you are and all that you share. I wouldn't be here without you giving me a platform to grow in web3.
A huge thank you to the SoulboundLabs team. Ya'll are some magical wizards, I swear.
I also want to thank the Edge & Node team for giving me this opportunity, as well as everyone I've met in the GraphProtocol ecosystem. Ya'll are SO welcoming and kind. Specifically, I'd like to thank Kyle Rojas for your encouragement and Simon Emanuel for your belief in what we can build for this community. I cannot WAIT to see what all of us can do together.

I've always enjoyed solving problems. Even better if solving these problems means that those around me have easier, more fulfilling, and more curious moments.
So I say lets relish in solving fascinating problems on this new frontier.
Lets truly support web3's long-term vision by fighting hard for the decentralized marvel that is GraphProtocol.
And all the while, lets maintain perspective that tech is a just another tool wielded by the values we embody.
And of course, LFG!!!!

- I used to think crossposting to Twitter would be helpful with this app.
Now I’d rather establish provenance here, and use Twitter as a secondary system.
So yes, hi everyone!
Not exactly sure how similar/diff the workflow is here but I’m sure I’ll find out.
Anyone going to #ethDenver?
