- I love Lens but I have to say that I still can't believe that out of the 4 trouble tickets I've made lens's support hasn't even responded to a one message. They are all listed as "being processed". Some are from April! And I still have the same problem which is that direct messages never worked for me. I can't collect anything, any post, either, it hangs when I click on collect button. I'm sorry to say it but if this is not solved I will decide to leave this space. It is almost impossible to create a good audience with so many problems. First of all it is annoying to know that there is no support.
I hope this is not my last post here.

- It has been more than 10 days since I have had problems with my profile. The profile info disappeared (and the cover image) and it's impossible to load it again (I load it but it doesn't save), there was a whole week in which I couldn't post anything (I got "code 400" as error) but the worst of all is that it's been many days with no response from anyone. I have three tickets sent to Lenster support, posts mentioning it (with tags to lens members) and I only received a total silence. If I don't get answers soon I think I will simply stop being a member of this community. I understand the possible mistakes in a new project as ambitious as this one but the fact that there is no serious contact or support is very disappointing. @stani.lens @lenster.lens @lensprotocol

- Hi to all 🙂 I have just created a large collection on Opensea with many of my videos. They are all for sale and you can make an offer for each of them (or all) from now on.
I haven't put an exact price on each one, as I said they are for bidding, but I would like to mention that in each video (not counting the hours dedicated to the composition and production of the music that it has taken me) I have dedicated between 15 and 35 hours of work. I use many techniques, editing software and AI platforms in each one and its completion -frame by frame- is quite handmade at the end. With a lot of editing work.
To anyone interested in purchasing the videos I would like you to consider how much it costs your hour of work and multiply that amount by an average of 22 hours of work 🙂 Take care and greetings to all!
