Really proud of the team for bringing this one to life in a short timeframe. This can be a JPG for some, a gift for others, or a token gate for others that can unlock an all-new world.

- We are growing at TAIKAI!
We start with one product and now have three. A thread with an announcement in the middle. π₯
The first one was TAIKAI which makes running hackathons easy. Then, last year, with the Bepro Network (a bounty network) acquisition, we started having two products, and later we launched the third one, the dappKit (a developer framework).
We have this vision to give our web3 products the power to revolutionize how we interact with our world and transform how we work. And the primary goal of this rebranding is to help us express that vision and mission more effectively.
Last but not least, this rebranding also allows us to communicate our products more clearly with clients, stakeholders, and everyone.
With all this in mind, I am pleased to introduce you to the space where the next-generation web3 products are created, the LayerX. π
I invite you to visit our new website at https://layerx.xyz
And if you want to know more about the rebranding, you can readΒ

- Breaking News! π¨
**TAIKAI v3** is here with new features, improvements, and a brand redesign! And this one gave me a special pleasure to help to bring to life.
We start with the home and product pages and other small things on other pages. Now we bring a lot of new things related to web3. We were already on web3, but we took a step forward and did a complete refactor on our blockchain infrastructure and voting system to prepare not only what we launch today but also what is coming soon.
Four main things that we launch today:
**1.** We migrate to an EVM to get closer to the development ecosystem, improve security, and bring other benefits.
**2.** We migrate Polygon π
**3.** We introduce the Proof of Participation (PoP) π«
**4.** Sign in with Ethereum π₯
**The PoP π€**
PoP is one of the most awesome features we have developed until today. Allow all the hackathon participants, juries, and mentors to receive an NFT to show to the world the projects they were involved in. Check a couple of examples here:
https://taikai.network/ickas/pops
The PoP is minted with all the details of their participation and the event into the NFT's metadata to provide a tamper-proof record of the participant's achievements. And yes, participants from past hackathons can mint their PoPs from past hackathons. π
Soon, we will bring new features related to voting and other cool things and also continue rebrand other pages and features... and yes, at some point in the future, we will do support for a light and dark mode π₯³
This was our first step of the year, and we have a lot of great stuff to bring to the community and all clients. New ideas are always welcome... and if you have any questions, ping me.
Last but not least, I'm proud of the team for all the effort to bring to life these features and build the base that will be important to what comes next, especially to HΓ©lder. Josemar, Anderson, Esteban that keep pushing until the last minute. π«‘
And thank you to Rodrigo for crafting this beautiful UI, it is always challenging to turn everything into code and keep all the pixels perfect and in place. π«‘
Super excited to develop what you are cooking! Stay tuned!
- I already work with remote-first companies for so many years, and I do not doubt that it is the future of most (IT) companies. However, the *remote* concept brings so many challenges, but there is one that is not addressed very often: the impact of culture on code.
This post is about how cultural diversity can impact code reviews and the team's expectations of us. It's worth reading! π
