- 什么是课题分离？
课题分离，就是分清楚别人的事和自己的事。
因为人和人的矛盾，大多源于对彼此的过度干涉。把自己的课题和别人的课题分开，自己不干涉别人的课题，也不让别人干涉自己的课题，如此烦恼就少了。
课题分离是处理人际关系，使用价值非常高的心理学工具！
比如，朋友找你借钱，虽然不想借，但你会怕影响关系，怕朋友说你见死不救。
但是，他怎么看你，是他的课题，与你无关。你操心了他的课题，你就会痛苦，而借不借给他，才是你的课题。
你要考虑的是，你想不想帮他？该不该帮他？怕不怕赖账？把自己的课题想清楚即可。
有人评价你，说你这里不好，那里不好，你可能会沮丧，会怀疑自己。
但是，别人如何评价你，那是他们的课题，这是他们在用他们的标准，看待他们眼中的你，与你无关。
你要关心的，是你是否清楚什么是好的，什么是坏的？该坚持什么，该摒弃什么？你自己有没有答案。
比如，你把事情搞砸了，那是你的课题。但老板怎么看你、是否还信任你，那是他的课题，你控制不了。你能控制的，是能否补救挽回，然后分析原因，避免下次；
同事讨厌你，那是同事的课题，你控制不了，所以你不需要为此操心，该工作就工作，该配合就配合。把项目做好，拿奖金领工资，这是你的课题。
当他有求于你，会表现出对你的讨好，是不是真心，你不必考虑，这不是你的课题。你愿不愿意帮他，才是你的课题，与他无关。当你不帮，他会愤怒，这也与你无关。
课题分离，消除烦恼，简单、迅速、有效！
这让我想起一句流行语，世间万事，大多能用两句话解决：
一句关你屁事，一句关我屁事。
这和课题分离异曲同工：
你想借钱，关我屁事？我借与不借，关你屁事？
你怎么看我，关我屁事？我做得好不好，关你屁事？
我喜欢你，关你屁事？你不喜欢我，关我屁事？
看，只要这么想，当个舔狗都没烦恼了。
有人会说，你这么搞，会让人觉得你很讨厌……
是吗？关我屁事？
课题分离，是从《被讨厌的勇气》里来的。有被讨厌的勇气，才能拥抱自由的人生，这就是阿德勒说的。
有人表示，课题分离或有缺陷：
比如，你要纠正合作伙伴的错误，虽然改不改是他的事，但他改的结果，和你的合作发展是密不可分的。
再比如，家长引导自己的孩子学习、管理者提升团队业绩等等，都不是那么容易把两者分开的。因为对方课题的结果，会直接影响自己的课题，这不有 bug 吗？
这个时候，怎么办？
管他呢，用“课题分离”来分离“课题分离”本身。
这课题分离有没有缺陷，关我屁事？
课题分离好用，便可解除烦恼；不好用，便保持现状。
使用有惊喜，不用又没损失。
甚至，课题分离不光可用于消除烦恼，还可以让膨胀的人冷静。
比如，当别人夸你时，你也可以“分离”一下：
表扬你，是他觉得你厉害，这是他的事；而你对自己的表现是否满意，这才是你的事。
时常想想，可以有效避免自我迷失，被人暗中捧杀！
- 在详细讲述我的思考前，我想先强调一些内容：
我们总是专注于思考，在已有社会环境下，我们应该怎么办。
这会让我们在越来越恶劣的社会环境中内卷挣扎。
即使你的努力已经超乎常人，你仍然拿不到自己想要的东西。
比如说房地产，如果房价贵到几万十几万一平米，你就算历尽艰辛，换来在大厂加班赚钱的机会，你仍然会供房吃力。甚至，会贵到所有打工人都买不起。
这时从赚钱买房的角度来说，你读清华北大去大厂，还是没文化流水线送外卖，都没有任何意义了，因为你都买不起房子。
再比如说中年危机，就我的观察，中年危机的受害者大都不差。
我认识到的中年危机受害者，有清华北大C9的学霸，有华为阿里的大厂员工。
有干到小主管的基层管理者，还有宁可拿命肝也要保住职位的肝帝。
可是，无论你如何积极学习积累工作经验，决定权却在资本家手上。
当资本家嫌你干不动时，你就会成为被输出到社会上的人才。
要么自己主动被劝退，要么等公司动手裁员。
除非你长生不老，35、45岁时的精力比25岁的人还要足。

- IMO technologies like GPT will have a disproportionate impact on the role of Developer Relations compared to other software engineering jobs.
Some things already seem obsolete, like basic explanations of technologies, and as it becomes easier to fine-tune a model, even more so.
Documentation will be automated, and probably both written and video tutorials and such will also be to some extent.
One thing that may be hard to automate completely - concise and easy to understand guides for new technologies that combine a handful of things together.
For instance combining x,y,z (where z is a completely new API or technology) to create something original and doing so in the most easy to understand way seems like it will probably need some human touch.
Maybe part of DevRel is ultimately just being able to take advantage of these new technologies
Also will be interesting to see how this all affects the social aspect of being in DevRel?
Having deep technical chops will be more important as the aggregation and some of the communication work that today is a lot of DevRel can now easily be automated.
Seems like it will raise the bar on what hiring managers look for in this role if they no longer will rely on DevRel people for doing many of the types of things that in the past would be considered "DevRel"
Just some thoughts but definitely curious to hear what others think.
