- The initial launch of EigenLayer is catered towards stakers who want to restake on EigenLayer. The launch is limited to restaking and withdrawing restaked assets, and does not feature opting in to services or delegation of restaked assets within EigenLayer.
- Anyone building a new decentralized service for Ethereum must bootstrap a new trust network to secure their system, fragmenting security. EigenLayer solves this problem by enabling any service, regardless of its composition (e.g. EVM-compatibility), to tap into the pooled security of Ethereum's stakers, creating an environment for permissionless innovation and free-market governance.
- With EigenLayer, Ethereum stakers can help secure many services by restaking their staked ETH and opting-in to many services simultaneously, providing pooled security. Reusing ETH to provide security across many services reduces capital costs for a staker to participate and significantly increases the trust guarantees to individual services.
- EigenLayer is a protocol built on Ethereum that introduces restaking, a new primitive in cryptoeconomic security. This primitive enables the reuse of ETH on the consensus layer. Users that stake ETH natively or with a liquid staking token (LST) can opt-in to EigenLayer smart contracts to restake their ETH or LST and extend cryptoeconomic security to additional applications on the network to earn additional rewards.

- 以太坊生态之所以强大，很大原因在于以太坊上面的生态项目质量是最高的，虽然gas费用一直很高，但是项目质量某种程度上抵消了这种劣势。
- Coinbase 比较了 ChatGPT 和人工安全审查之间的 20 个智能合约风险评分。ChatGPT 12次产生与人工审核相同的结果。然而，在 8 次失误中，有 5 次是 ChatGPT 错误地将高风险资产标记为低风险的情况。虽然 ChatGPT 显示出其快速评估智能合约风险的能力，但它不符合集成到 Coinbase 安全审查流程中的准确性要求。
重要的不是现在能够识别多少，而是它拥有多快的学习和迭代速度。
- web3 social是必然事件，在我看来，虽然web3 social现在还非常初级，但是这是未来的发展方向。需要等待的是以太坊实现真正的扩容，而这一天是迟早会到来的。当这一天到来之后，web3 social的成本快速下降，web3 social在数据所有权、内容货币化、去中心化等方面是碾压web2 social的，所以必然会迎来大规模采用。
- 市场是难以判断的，所以我们在仓位上要紧跟这种认知，也就是永远不要满仓和空仓，满仓和空仓都是对市场的绝对判断。也就是判断市场下一阶段不会继续上涨或者下跌，实际上这是没有人可以做到的。所以放弃满仓和空仓，永远都有仓位，只是仓位水平是变化的。不做判断，只做应对。这是面对市场波动正确的态度。
- lens就是我早期参与进来并且非常看重的项目，处于对网络效应的深入理解，以及对lens这种单独把社交图谱这一层抽象出来做成开放平台的看好，同时它给予NFT，把所有交互行为都做成可交易的NFT，我觉得这是web3 social的未来主流，所以我在lens上面投入了大量的时间精力研究和跟踪，我相信这些努力都会在未来得到奖励。

- 但LSD的佣金率呈现下降态势这是必然的，我们已经看到只收5%佣金的LSD协议，之前最低是10%。
- lens要大发展就必须要实现可扩展性，这种可扩展性必须建立在基础设施完善的基础上，高TPS的同时保持较低的平均交易费用，这样才让web3 social变得可以承受。从长期而言，每一次交互的成本要小于每一次交互所带来的潜在收益。这是web3 social长期经济可行的前提。
- 未来web3 social社交平台发行代币之后，其中的很大一部分是会给到国库的，然后由国库承担gas费用，这种模式其实就是用代币持有人支撑的代币市值去补贴用户的gas费用。

- 在crypto进行价值分析可能对很多人来说是一件很傻的事情，他们很多人都认为crypto哪里有价值投资，都是投机炒作。我不反对这种观点，而且我认为很多时候是对的。但是这种投资方式不适合我，我还是比较喜欢做价值分析，并且认为价值投资才是长久之道。
- LSD的竞争会不会最终消灭掉佣金？我想佣金不会被消灭，因为现在的竞争格局是dex和lido占据大头，他们都是通过收取佣金来赚取收益的，尤其是类似于coinbase这样的，他们的佣金率更高，但是他们仍然能够获取大量的市场份额。因此，LSD的竞争是多维度的，佣金率并不是唯一的考量因素。

- restaking从原理上也会给以太坊带来攻击风险，比如从构建在EigenLayer的项目开始，触发恶意slash，使得大量restake的node被恶意slash而退出在L1的验证。因此，EigenLayer引入了风险委员会的机制，但这又是引入了人这个变量，通过委员会的主观判断来进行评判是否应该进行slash，这存在中心化的风险。
- web3 social真正的native的应用场景一定是和交易挂钩的，如果没有好好发挥这个crypto native的特性，web3 social在UI上和web2去拼那肯定是没戏的。而交易的最佳载体就是token和NFT，本质上NFT也是token，目前看只有lens是按照这个思路架构的，所以我最看好lens。
- 以太坊社区对jack推出的社交产品并不感冒，我看大多数都是中文推特圈在转发。这基本上就限定了它的社区和未来发展前景。
- L2会弱化以太坊L1吗？这不是一个很好的问题，因为如果没有L2，以太坊永远是一个玩具，没有办法扩展就只能维持小众状态，价值有限。有了L2的繁荣，以太坊有机会被大众采用，这是以太坊想要进一步发展的必然路径，只有繁荣的L2生态才能体现以太坊L1的价值。
- 和用户的连接强弱是观察一个项目能否取得成功很关键的要素，而不是看市场份额。如果连接很强，即便现在市场份额不大，未来也会呈现持续增长的态势。dex的用户粘性其实并不强，用户转换的成本不高，类似于电商，虽然会有龙头，但是在龙头之间切换却是非常容易，所以会不断面临竞争。
- 推特创始人jack推出的社交网络协议我认为是注定失败的项目，因为它切入的不是一个真实的需求，人们对于端到端的加密并不真正在意，web3 social必须做出真正的创新才行，而纯粹的加密是伪需求。
- 随着LEB8的部署，和未来LEB4的部署，创建一个node只需要4+2.8个ETH，创建一个node的成本大幅降低，攻击所需的成本在下降。
- 如果攻击者通过创建51%的node，每个node只运行一个minipool，攻击者最终拥有了51%的node，理论上就可以攻击以太坊了。
- 如果rocketpool未来大获成功，占有了很高的市场份额，那么会不会反而降低了以太坊的去中心化程度？这是一个值得思考的问题。
- rocketpool投票是否愿意自我设限，一方面是因为现在离上限还很远，另一方面是社区里面的成员的确愿意进行设限，这是一个很好的社区文化。
