巴菲特最近加仓的伊藤忠商事并不是抄底，实际上这个股票是个长牛股，98年低点以后涨了四十多倍，巴菲特是在涨了二十多倍以后买入，买入时间2020年如图箭头所示伊藤忠商事分红非常猛，如果你06年买入持有至今不买也不卖，公司给你的分红就让你赚了几乎同样的市值（目前的市值不是你06年买的），所以算分红赚多少倍就搞不清楚了 ~~~~~~~~~~ 巴菲特其实不是抄底型选手，如果08年抄底现在可以赚二十多倍加上分红就搞不清多少倍了，麻痹日本股票太便宜了

爱好和平与维护主权、遏制分裂并不冲突。大清帝国晚期的时候，也是“爱好和平”的，各列强都非常喜欢，稍微用大炮打一下，就签个不平等条约，可以说特别的“爱好和平”（甲午海战之后台湾就割给日本成为“爱好”和平的代价了），但这种“和平”，跟老百姓无关，给了列强。蒋介石时代也是“爱好和平”的，但蒋介石时代的“和平”，主要是给军阀的，只要打出蒋介石的旗号，就和平了，但这种和平只属于“军阀”（比如易帜后的张学良活了100岁，但整个东北则生灵涂炭）。更准确的说，“爱好和平”，实际上有一个不可争辩的前提，就是你得有能力捍卫和平。我再举个更现实的例子，比如现在韩国、日本和荷兰等国内的半导体产业，美国稍微恐吓一下，就得听美国的，就得去美国建厂，甚至得全部搬到美国去。换做是现在的中国，美国有能力要求中国把某个产业搬到美国去吗？当然没有，这才算得上真正的和平红利。也就是说，未来很多国家守卫自身财富和权利的能力，实际上就是对美国说不的能力。否则的话，你现在所看到的和平环境，以及在这种环境下，你觉得自己拥有的，很有优势和竞争力的产业，其实非常脆弱，因为世界稍微发生变化，你所创造的产业、科技和财富等等，瞬间都可以被美国“搬走”。除了台湾问题，大家还可以关注一下南海，假设（纯属假设），中国放弃对南海主权的控制，会出现什么结果呢？很简单，整个东南亚，都将陷入持续的彼此攻击状态，更可怕的是，这会导致多年来积攒下来的，尤其是正在发生的，整个这一地区开始成为世界最稳定、繁荣地区的现实，瞬间就会化作泡影，反过来将成为全世界投资者等避之不及的地区。原因很简单，大家可以看看南海周边国家对南海区域各自的“主权”主张，仅仅越南一个，就把几乎80%的南海划给自己了，还有菲律宾、马来西亚、文莱，彼此之间，都存在巨大的重合区域，到那时，美国，以及一些不怀好意的国家，就会求之不得、落井下石，按自己的利益来选择支持谁的问题，支持越南的就会跟支持菲律宾的打起来了，支持马来西亚的跟支持越南的也会打起来，马来西亚和菲律宾也会打起来。这其实跟当年列强之间为抢夺中国一些地区的控制权而互相攻击没有太大区别。这就是为什么说，历史以来，只要中国拥有维护主权和统一的能力，中国，以及周边地区，就会走向繁荣，甚至很大的概率会引领世界，而一旦中国无法维护自身主权，中国，以及周边地区，不仅会陷入持续的混乱，而且大概率会被世界其他地区远远的甩在后面，成为落后挨打的代名词。那结论是什么，就是中国在台湾、南海问题上，越是拥有以战止战的决心和实力，这一地区就越会和平，经济就越繁荣，未来就越能成为世界层面影响最大、增长最快的地区，对世界的贡献也就最大，而不是相反。这也就是为什么，这一轮美国银行业危机的时候，很多资金要跑来香港的原因（当然，大家也可以否认）。不过越往后，这种逻辑会越明显，因为当美国掐不死华为、挡不住中国对世界各个地区冲突的斡旋、无法威胁欧洲的法国等跟中国脱钩，尤其是在台湾、南海等问题上，美国越是搞事情，中国在这一地区捍卫和平的能力就越强的时候，大家一直谈论的，类似瑞士和平“中立”创造的那点所谓的，对更顶级需求资金的终极吸引力，跟真正的世界历史周期性改变相比，是不可同日而语的。这就好比说，一个知识渊博，投资能力很强，在舆论市场影响力很大的基金管理者，高谈阔论了半天，什么产权、货币、汇率、资本账户等等，意思是还是要把钱放在美国，这个时候，旁边听得打瞌睡的沙特王子站了起来，直接跑到中国，说我要跟你合作，另外我再拿500亿美元，给我来三组合成旅（装备）。资金的安全感，也是分级别的，未来更要看的是，全球的主权资金，会向哪里流动。

当国际贸易发展到一定程度，进出口等，都是可以规划的。这里面不是说进口对方最好的东西，就最合算或最有意义。从影响国际分工的角度，大国实际上更愿意出口高端制造业，以及普通性规模制造业，也包括军工产品，进口可以是矿、轻工业品，甚至是消费性奢侈品、农产品等。原因是，高端制造业，以及规模性的普通制造业，以及军工等，突破周期非常长，有时候甚至得半个世纪以上的积累才行，三五年之内无解，一旦出现问题，只有被动挨打的局面。而像消费型奢侈品这种，虽然大家觉得进口是吃亏的，但实际上奢侈品是卡不住脖子的，随时可以停止消费，对整个国家的影响微乎其微，没必要过于担心。这里面争议最大的是农业，牵扯到粮食安全的问题，一旦对进口有所依赖，遇到卡脖子，那就麻烦了。实际上大家争论的，主要是怕工商业和居住等用地占了农业用地，这是需要注意的，而这里有个不同是，粮食和大部分农业生产，实际上周期很短，只要农业用地存在，不被占，那么遇到卡脖子，一年不到的时间，就可以开启种地模式把粮食产出来，我们小时候家里种地，为了土地进行修养（中国的土地一般都过度耕种），以及每种一次的产出更好一些，让种子的产出比更高，很多地是故意隔一年种一次，撂荒一年再种效果非常明显。什么意思呢，就是如果要增加农业，具体说粮食的进口，其目的应该是，让耕地修养，而不是把耕地变成其他用途。这样我们的耕地随时都可以复耕，一年之内就能满负荷供给，不怕卡脖子。当然要保证种业、化肥的供给和技术保证，而这其实又是工业范畴。当我们的出口种类越来越多，出口规模越来越大，你就得规划，我到底要进口点啥，否则双方的贸易也很难持续做下去，你如果不进口人家的奢侈品、农业产品等，就要进口人家的工业品，问题是，一个农业国、纯资源国，或者靠出口奢侈品的国家，遇到极端风险时，对中国的威胁大，还是一个更大规模的工业国威胁更大。这就是为啥大英帝国宁愿大量进口印度农产品，以及支持美国南方农业州跟北方工业州打南北战争，也不愿意让北美和印度这两个殖民地发展工业的原因。因此说，进出口这个事情，没有表面看上去的那么简单，假设美国可以给我们卖F22，恐怕歼20战机的服役会推迟很多年，这不是我们不聪明和不努力，而是任何国家，都希望用最简单的劳动，来换更复杂高端的产品，也就是如果光种地和挖矿就能换来所有想要的工业品，谁还愿意去参与那么残酷的工业竞争。结论就是，多买点美国的粮食，法国的红酒、奢侈品，其他国家的各种矿和原油等，应该属于有规划的主动为之，这些东西卡不了我们脖子，还能达到贸易平衡，让对外贸易可以持续。我们可以基于化肥和种子工业，以及攻克芯片和大飞机等产业，让未来诸多发展中国家，不再挨饿，能买得起智能手机和智能汽车，以及能坐上更便宜的飞机，增加世界的整体福利。
