Introducing Bonsai, an Optimistic L3 scaling solution, that will process transactions at hyper-scale, and is designed to support the next generation of web3 social users. Available for Lens devs in closed beta today. Data availability layers are utilized to prevent storing information on-chain. While content on Lens may include an on-chain transaction, the content data is linked to a data availability location, like Bonsai. Bonsai serves as a scaling solution that processes Polygon transactions off-chain, achieving hyperscale and reducing costs. Unlike L2 solutions, Bonsai doesn't compress transactions into L1, it sends and stores them on a data availability layer. The main challenge for decentralized social networks is to ensure that users have control over their content, while still being just as user-friendly as traditional social networks. Bonsai makes the future of decentralized social possible. We've worked relentlessly with the @bundlr-network.lens work and Arweave teams to ensure scalability by providing Data Availability (DA) guarantees, allowing the use of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-supported wallets to save DA logic and facilitating the rapid publishing of data. Permissionless innovation is at the core of everything we do on Lens. 'Dakshin Trails' - A travelogue through the CHAOS. Experience 1 From 'God's Own Country' to the 'City of Nizams' The journey from Kerala, the southernmost state of India to Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana takes around 22 hours, that's approx. a day covering about 1200 kms of Indian mainland in a train. The train traverses through different terrains, which passes around you like a slideshow from lush green paddy fields to the dry rocky terrains. Indian railways is as Chaotic as it could be with vendors of all sorts from the tea vendors, the electronic gadget vendors, the Paan and cigarette vendors ...etc. Many of them are not licensed, but moves all along the train for the sake of making the ends meet. That's it, Indian trains portrays a short snippet of the nation as a whole, a lot of faces with distinct cultures, chores and purposes. My journey was just like a dream, with a lot of glitches in the whole different level of CHAOS that's happening around me. It was filled with heavy metal sounds of metal wheels rushing over the rails, the vendors calling out in their top voice, babies crying out on their first journey(I think they were excited as hell ;) ), people screaming over phones, faces making company all along the coupe, ... of course it's a beautiful CHAOS. From that CHAOS, I was straight off into one of the best party spots of the nation, with night clubs and live shows happening all year around. And that's a different face of Hyderabad, which is of course famous for it's old town and spices. Let's explore the parties at first for a change. And btw, the night club in the video is Club Rogue, Gachibowli, which is recommended if you're ever to visit. Collect, Mirror, Follow and Comment your thoughts. There's gonna be more.. Those are my 2 favourite. A The first one is a representation of Ilmarinen, ancient Finnish god,while making the SAMPO, fantastic instrument that could bring anything to humans. Sampo is my idea of AI. We could get anything from it as time goes by. I used the logos of famous company Open as a decoration motif. A reference to Pandora has been made in creating the female character because we really don't know what AI can actually bring in terms of consequences, just like a Pandora vase. B the goddess battle. The old and new goddesses of knowledge are fighting over the SAMPO , as AI will be the new tool of knowledge. The SAMPO inside could reflect some important truth? Time of the post 7:05 CET. It's called "3 Dimensions and Time" and it was also my first phaver post😃 I wanted to represent 3dimensional reality and the eternal struggle of human being in catching Time, the most important resource. Time is represented as the Roman God Janus, the two faced god that represents past and future. Width, Height and Length are attached to the Rock of reality and contemplate the God.
