We’re seeing various mechanisms of verification on the web, starting from KYC calls in banking, to hardcoded verified badges for a select profiles in web3. A lot goes in between and all of these things work on some extent, but not the other.
After hard look at it, we have decided to remove all of the existing verification marks on Lensta and introduce tiered verification system based on a single paid collect: 🥇🥈🥉
In very short: you collect the verification badge you feel the most suitable for you.
