Along with my collage work, I also have a more expressive abstract style that doesn't get shared as often. However, there are a couple of drawings that I think deserve more attention. This drawing was made 8+ years ago, a time before I knew anything about therapy and regulating my emotions. I always wanted a way to feel my emotions and was working towards it, but it felt very foreign to me. Fast forward to today and I am meditating regularly while allowing myself to feel all of my emotions as they come to me for the first time in my entire life.
