- **$170 billion in deposits left the DeFi ecosystem** over the last 2.5 years.
**The total DeFi TVL stands at only $16 billion** if Eth Staking is subtracted.
And the total TVL of RWA protocols stands at **just null.21 billion out of the $16 billion**.
This leads everyone to the billion-dollar question.
**Is RWA dead?**
This null.2 billion doesn't paint the true picture of the RWA narrative. Let's see how.
- You discover the next big token.
You buy in.
Your token moons.
A 10x, 100x, and more!
You join a discord of other investors and quickly make friends.
THIS IS IT!
You’re going to achieve financial freedom.
But you make one big mistake….
.
**You become attached to your investment.**
More specifically, you become attached to the community.
You don’t sell at 10x or 100x.
Instead, you wait.
None of your friends are dumping, so why should you?
You watch your investment climb higher and higher.
You send each other memes of your token pumping.
You joke about what you’ll do if the token makes you rich.
And you dream about what life will be like.
But suddenly everything changes.
The market becomes unpredictable.
New narratives take over.
Regulations cast a shadow on your token.
The price plummets.
And you hold on too long...
*Communities in crypto are both a blessing and a curse.*
In tradfi, I never joined a telegram or discord of people who own Apple or Amazon shares.
But in Crypto it’s different…
There are communities everywhere.
And this makes crypto a vibrant and special space to be a part of.
But it also makes it dangerous.
It introduces emotions into investing.
***So how do you remove emotions from investing in crypto?***
You can’t!
*But you can have an **EXIT PLAN.***
I do not allow myself to buy any asset unless I can answer these 3 questions:
**1) At what price will I take profits?**
*What is success to you? Is it a 10x or a 100x? You need to define this.*
**2) How much profit will I take?**
*Will you sell all your tokens or a %?*
*I often choose to sell enough to regain my initial investment and let the earnings ride.*
**3) At what price will I sell to prevent further losses?**
*AKA a stop-loss. Are you willing to lose 100% of this investment? If the answer is no, you need a stop-loss.*

- Market dips are opportunities. If you've been fearmongering, you screwed up big time.
Currently I have a 50% deposit in positions, and here's my alpha:
• $ETH at $1500 is still considered expensive, waiting for $1000-$1200. I bought it previously at $900-$1000 in June 2022, and plan to buy more within the next 1-6 months.
• $BTC will only buy when it reaches around $20,000
**Regarding my accumulations:**
• $PENDLE - in a bull market, LSD will continue to demonstrate its value. It remains undervalued.
• $RPL - There is potential for catching up to Lido, resulting in a 2-4x gains on a low-risk asset, which is excellent.
• $SOL - Clearly undervalued. After Alameda's downfall chain can now thrive independently.
• $INJ - Has the potential to reach the current $SOL mcap. Approximately $7 or a 120x return.
• $ARB $OP - These are undoubtedly the kings of Layer 2 and fundamental assets. While a 50-100x return seems unlikely, a realistic expectation would be a 3-5x increase.
• I'm looking into RWA sector, only ~$2.3B mcap right now, huge potential. So far I've only noticed $MKR, but I'm sure there are more interesting projects out there.
**Airdrops:**
• $SEI is an epic fail. Now I'm sure that the testnet is a waste of time, as only 1 out of 100 projects yield any results. SEI Ambassadors were compensated with just $150 for two years of work. The team just doesn't care about their community.
Against this background I skip all testnets and do only the strongest projects from 1-3 wallets.
• @DeBankDeFi and @LensProtocol looks good and almost free,
Lens Profiles cost $20, better to spend it than regret it later.
• @ConnextNetwork got 4000 tokens, I reckon the airdrop era for LP could start massively soon. With good rewards as there will be fewer people.
• @LayerZero_Labs think the snapshot has been or is about to be. September/October waiting for the token. There was plenty of time for everyone.
**NFT:**
• Totally rect. Sold my Pudgy Penguins, DeGods and y00ts.
Thanks to flip flops, I made a profit of +$74. Luckily, it's not a loss. In some places, the potential loss was up to $15k.
Only NFTs related to games will live, everything else will die. Look at the blue chip chart, plummeting since 2022.
Completely got out of NFT and gave up on them altogether.
