［analysis］为什么富人越富？首先，富人更能长期投资。如果富人拿出10%的资金，投资了某项有长期价值的标的，他比较能长期持有。因为这资金占比不大，一时的涨跌，通常不以为意。如比特币，有人很早就买了，涨了很多倍，你问他拿住币的诀窍是什么？他说，没诀窍，就是忘了，没空去卖。其次，不爱风险，爱复利。有些投资，比如美股大盘，年收益率10%，已经很不错了。但对急于改变命运的穷人，并没有什么吸引力，因为本金小，只有翻倍才能提起兴趣，但往往这些项目会血本无归。而对富人来说，在投资的选择上，很在乎避险，认为10%年化就很不错了，自觉避开那些翻无数倍的骗局。如果持有时间长，复利能产生惊人收益。再次，富人更易尝试新鲜事物。比如，Tesla推出时，十万美金，若中产阶级，未必会买。在网上看别人评论，说这不好，那不好，他便感觉自己明智，幸好没买，自然，也不会投资Tesla股票。但如果是富人，听说有这么个新东西，也不算贵，买来玩玩吧。结果就发现，电车还不错，辅助驾驶也省事，说不定真能自动驾驶？那就买点$TSLA股票吧。几年下来，翻好多倍。富人更愿意尝试新鲜事物？不，只是他们容错度高，买错了就当玩玩，不要紧。而一旦玩对了，就产生大量收益。比如，iPhone刚推出时，要价500美金，普通人怎么会尝试？但富人，就随便买一个玩，觉得还不错，或许是未来？就买点$AAPL股票吧。买后就忘了，忘了就翻百倍。然后，很多时候，穷人的消费是消费，富人的消费可能是投资。比如，住房，穷人靠租，每月花掉的，就全然是消费，不产生收益。而富人靠买房，五百万买，住几年，八百万卖，不仅享受，还产生收益。本意都是消费，但富人的消费一不小心就变投资。和前面的例子一样，消费初代iPhone、初代Tesla，本意并非投资，就是花钱玩玩，没想赚钱，但结果却赚了钱。再次，穷人周围骗子多，富人周围骗子少。这一点是我的切身感受，例子就不举了，相信你有同感。对骗子来说，骗穷人的钱容易，而骗富人难。你是穷人时，别人想赚你的钱，靠服务是不行的，还得带点骗。而你成富人后，别人想赚你的钱，提供好的服务就行。打个比方，你穷，就有人骗你一起暴富，他要你的本金。你富，就可以请财务顾问，他只收咨询费。最后，教育。两个人打拳。赛前，一个人吃牛排和鸡胸肉，一个人喝稀粥，谁打赢？同样，就自身教育来说，富人有时间、有资金，可以随意买书、上培训课。同样投资房产，一万美金的课程，富人先学了，省下大量摸索时间。而中产想投资房产，还得自己去摸索，从亲身吃亏去学经验，太慢太曲折。还有一点，好像少有人说，那就是贫贱夫妻百事哀。经济不宽裕时，家庭纠纷耗费大量心力，一些鸡毛蒜皮的事，婆家和娘家，很多都和钱有关。若经济宽裕，自然不那么计较，从概率上讲，才更容易家和万事兴。为什么家和万事兴？因为有更多的时间精力投入到影响长远的子女教育和能产生价值的事业上。富人越富，穷人越穷，这现象，又被称作马太效应。《马太福音》中，耶稣说：凡有的，还要加给他，叫他有余；凡没有的，连他所有的也要夺去。为什么会这样？我姑且想到以上这些原因。说这得罪人的话题，有什么意义？我觉得，研究富人之所以富，以及富人之所以越来越富，能让普通人少一些抱怨，多一些认知提升。观念引发行动，行动让普通人有成为富人的可能。是得罪人，但有些观念，真可能帮到人。其实，财富的积累，像燃油车的起步，起初的积累都难，提速慢吞吞，发动机咆哮，很吃力，但速度起来后，有了一定基础，再从富到更富，就像后段加速一样，也就很轻松了。不管怎样，全力投入，玩命学，拼命积累，之后越来越容易。加油！ ---by tia
