Fat AI infra, thin AI plugins. AI赛道的价值捕获更接近公链的结构，而不是app store。 公链上每个dapp本质是在租用链上的计算空间与数据。eth的gas fee代表着每个blockspace的价格。也正因为大部分成本由公链承担，形成了典型的fat protocol thin dapp的结构。 而当前大模型的每个plugin也是在向大模型租用理解用户意图的算力，大部分成本由模型承担。剩余的价值主要来自于基于用户私有数据上下文grounding的价值。唯这点与公链钉死的“共享公开数据”特性不一致，就看大模型提供方愿意出让这部分价值的意愿了。 有趣的是，公链需要流动性，于是带来了应用层的curve war与ve(3,3)。而大模型需要应用私有数据，那么可实操的便是私有数据可访问之于plugin可见性排序的战争。

消息：map protocol 本周就可把map protocol的轻客户端用cosmos的ibc封装完成代码。下周进入测试阶段。测试完成之后，在技术上，cosmos就可以通过mapo无特权角色去中心化与其他链形成互链网了。

关于Lens的空投猜测和一些遐想（只是对自己过去关于lens想法的一些总结） 一、空投预测 去年有过关于lens空投的猜想，主要是参照赛道相近的ens作为模版。假设lens的FDV在50亿r（个人认为是低估的，以ens为例，其目前FDV在100亿，市值排名100上下）。作为社区效应大于资本效应（重社区）的应用，lens应该至少会空投20（～40）%給社区。也就是空投的总价值应该10亿到20亿之间，而lens handle目前的总量近11万(opensea上的是109444)左右，前段时间有过开放式申请，但是不久就关闭了，我觉得这是一个比较重要的信号。lens的完全开放应该在发币之后。因此以10亿空投总价值除以12万空投用户，为8333r。 二、一些遐想 lens的handle转移是携带链上社交数据的转移。A在lens这个社交网站上形成数据价值，包括用户价值可以伴随着A出售handle给B转移至B，和现在的多粉丝社交账户估价交易很像。若以后形成以$lens为经济基础的社交生态系统，那么每个账户的经济价值就可视化了。基于lens的社交+金融玩法那就有很大想象空间了🤔 三、一些问题 lens转移的是链上所有社交数据。有些垃圾数据比如先用户的水发言如何清理，以及产生的知识产权权益如何分配。前者似乎是技术问题，后者应该是规则问题。或者说lens未来根本不需要考虑上述问题呢。

HIGH 项目画的大饼们：与实体品牌合作，与BAYC合作，与真实地产合作（买NFT即买入真实地产），做VR/电脑版/手机版共三个模式，做游戏等等。目前一个也都没实现。 NFT的价格比较低。我觉得项目方指望不上，未来的关键还是BN的态度。由于市值较低，且主要成交都在BN上，BN看后台数据拉盘的可能性是主要考虑点。暂时没有更多信息。 1) 有没有台湾人气质不知道，但有元宇宙气质 2）游戏一直在开发，因为设计vr所以开发进度不像一般链游那么快 3） 确实很多利好还没实现，可以期待下 4）牛市中实现画的饼肯定比熊市更有用 5）拉不拉盘交给市场
