**有关投票委托你需要知道的事情** 1、委托的操作必须在提案的快照之前才能生效。例：你24日委托给A地址100Arb，而提案在一小时后快照，即使你转走了Arb或者是重新委托，此次提案中你的票权依然为100，依然是A地址进行代理投票。提案快照前的操作才是有效的，提案快照后的操作则对下一次的提案起作用。 2、可随时改变委托地址。 3、只需委托一次即可，后续加仓代币自动增加票权。 4、委托给自己相对于委托给其他地址，差别在于能节省一笔上链gas和操作时间，当然，前提是受托地址要靠谱，能及时投票。 5、代表众多地址参与社区治理是否有后续福利，未知。 6、Snapshot这种链下投票模式可以随时在提案结束前更改投票的选项，以最后一次的选项为准，甚至Lido的主网链上投票也可以随时更改选项。但是Op、Arb的投票选项只有一次机会，不能更改，不容反悔。 6、Arb受托地址可创建提案，门槛为500万Arb。 7、投票治理两个关键指标：Voting power和Quorum Quorum表示提案能够成形的最少参与的票权，也就是说人得够一定数量才可以，才能有“代表民意”的意义；Voting power则决定了提案最终的走向。 8、委托投票已经从古典POS模式中给超级节点质押投票（如EOS），演进到给社区KOL委托进行代币投票。前者可以分享超级节点获得的官方代币奖励（奖励的额度由超级节点自定，因为很多节点会通过高额奖励来吸引用户），后者可以博取社区治理的代币空投。但是超级节点是要进行硬件投入并做工的，需要负责区块的打包和信息的广播，如果超级节点不作为，用户可以通过投票进行罢免，将其踢出官方“编制”。而现在社区投票治理则不存在编制问题，用户完全通过自主委托进行选择，如果某个有影响力的受托地址玩忽职守，不能积极参与投票，或者发起了不良提案，或者是投出了伤害社区用户的恶意结果。则用户可以立刻改换门庭，委托他人。 9、社区治理的投票委托与现实生活中的代表选举并没有本质差别，但是官方力推此举，也有讨巧的意味，因为很多用户忘记了或者压根儿没有意识进行社区治理，委托以后，参与人数飙升，而用户未来也可能得到空投，于是皆大欢喜。

**最应该了解的女巫地址防范的要点** 每一次空投都有大批人欢呼，也有大批人哀嚎，交互博取空投已经蜕变成为“**刀口舔血、临渊履薄**”的营生，被抓到的女巫地址，无疑被判处了死刑，永世不得翻身，这才是真正意义上的“归零”。窃以为，侧重于交互的Builder，应该了解的女巫地址有关的要点如下： **1、项目方防范女巫主要采取接地气的打法吗？** 是的，目前在空投时，先把貌似合格的大批量地址纳入进来，再区分良莠，除掉一部分女巫地址。 **2、项目方会共享划为女巫黑名单的地址吗？** 会。 **3、项目方会公布女巫筛选的标准吗？不同的标准都一样吗？** 未必公布，标准不尽相同，但是有共通点。 **4、工作室这么卷，未来会怎样？** 未来是大同世界，目前内卷已经成定势，猎巫会集中于工作室的“机操”行为进行发力，工作室比散户的处境还要艰难。 **5、猎巫有新动向吗？** 有，从诱敌深入转变成为御敌于国门之外，逐渐提高门槛来隔绝女巫，而非围剿猎杀。 **6、交互博空投还有前景吗？** 想一想3个问题：出现在市场上的哪个协议不需要用户交互呢？未来协议的中心化社区治理是不是必然？如果是必然，经济模式一定会建立，代币发行一定要进行，那这些代币将给到哪些哟用户？ **7、地址操作的关联性和趋同性哪个更致命？** 都是作死的妙招，具体看项目方的侧重点。 **8、有钱能不能避祸？** 能，很有效。 **9、怎么避免被女巫？** 现在，踏踏实实交互，不要投机，不要走捷径，这也就决定多账号的模式难以为继，除非你极其懂行、多金又能全天候作战，但即使不被女巫，也存在被反撸的风险。 KuiClub社区将会举行一个闭门的女巫话题讨论会，尽可能详尽、客观，真实的分析一下项目方的猎巫模式的沿革变迁。请大家在评论区积极互动，我将抽取数个伙伴，邀请一起参加闭门讨论会。提示：女巫防范是项目方跟用户之间博弈的不败主题，双方都在不断的提质升级，造成了生态数据的极大繁荣，这一点是有积极意义的。
