Lens doesn't allow non-collectible posts to have collectible comments. So no collectable comments will be possible for your post, regardless of app. Right now buttrfly still shows the collect settings…

Interesting. Have you tried on the @buttrfly.lens web app? It uses a different XMTP sdk than the mobile app so I'm curious if you get the same error there
