This is great for overall conditioning. I'm on the way to 200 pull ups in a single session. Did 180 today in 45 minutes.
thats a lot of pullups even with resistance band bruhh, i have to say #lensfit is my favorite hashtag on Lens right now, i love it when people start working out and realize the tremendous benefit of it
