I want to push into this a little. Wondering about what things can we do in the community to help with people's motivation to start/keep working out and making healthy choices? Personally I find posting about what I've done and people engaging with that really motivating. I also think some kind of check in/accountability processes could be fun to explore. Content on different topics with some tangible actions flowing from it could also be motivating for people. Any other ideas?
