Unfortunately on @orbapp.lens you can't set it at the moment. Right now all posts/comments are collectable for free by default. Besides that you're absolutely right. Setting even a very small fee is enough to stop mass collecting.
Correct - From my testing, the collect option is always set to a certain wmatic amount or disabled completely. Haven't observed similar bot behaviour yet
