Absolutely! A 20min power nap is a weapon. Actually my fav thing is a shot of coffee followed directly by a 20 minute kip. You wake feeling superhuman. 😴

Ever since the newborn has come, there can never be enough naps. That is for certain. Pro tip is to spend 5 minutes before you imagining something for your mind to work on during the nap. Your brain is proven to work while you sleep anyways and this could likely unlock even more of your creativity.
True, indeed. But, put an alarm in order to wake up in no more than 45 mins, so you get your regular sleep time at night
