I think it's actually simple, but not easy: Build something that really solves a problem for your user, that is, provides them value. I think it is quite astounding how often teams don't focus on this. Corporates build features requested by management, sales, or marketing. Start-ups often build amazing tech for the sake of tech, ignoring that this is not an end in itself. Overcoming this is culture + communication. Product-led company + talking to customers as a habit.
