Is there a proper way to abstractly link to a lens post, et al without specifying the client? lens:// or something needed?

yessss we need lens:// URI protocol handling. Not sure how a protocol is added to the standards, prbly w3c or something. bitcoin, matrix, ipfs exist already, would love to see…
