Firstly, what do you mean by “infinity”? David Hilbert, a German mathematician, invented a thought experiment called the "Infinite Hotel Paradox" that had

So you’re saying that you’re talking about the infinity hotel kind of infinity which is mathematically a 1-to-1 set, not subject to physical laws. Proof requires physical processes conditioned by physical laws. There’s no such thing as abstractly proving something. Secondly, self-awareness isn’t exactly proof of consciousness. It’s not clear why a system of memories isn’t tantamount to “the being of existence”. Thoughts are computations. Thirdly, copy cat may as well be infinite sets of cats. Therefore, you must be talking about the multiverse. Are you trying to make a case for more than one plane of existence? Why not 26? It’s arbitrary. You said your goal is to disprove atheism. How will you know when you’ve achieved that?
1. I’m definitely talking about an infinite hotel because if I’m not, then I’d already prove there’s another hotel. 2. When I say consciousness, I am purely referring to the being of existence, but self-awareness is just a proof - not a characteristic. I’m a conscious + brain person (consciousness being a driver - brain being the vehicle). 3. Personally I don’t think I am relating to the half dead half alive cat in the box. More so saying that that cat is in the box - somewhere there should be an exact copy of the cat - and if there is not a copy cat then there should be a separate plain of reality. Even if the consciousness of all cats are the same, what mechanism is determining which consciousness governs each cat.
