probably a bit late, yes. Following Eliezer Yudkowsky it’s a combination of resources (money, data, hardware) AND very capable people to go the next step (assuming it hasn’t already happened). Not sure if it’s possible to convince „everyone capable“ to join forces working on „responsible AI“. But tbh what’s the alternative?
